Lamberts Vitamin C, as Calcium Ascorbate, soluble, fine, white crystal formulation, is ideal for those who have difficulty swallowing tablets. Calcium Ascorbate is a non-acidic form of Vitamin C. These soluble fine crystals provide a useful amount of calcium and are suitable for those with intestinal problems.

Vitamin C:

• Is involved in cell and the repair of tissues.
• It is involved in the conversion of proline (an amino acid) to hydroxyproline (a non-essential amino acid necessary for the construction collagen).
• Essential in collagen maintenance in skin, bones and teeth.

• Helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels.
