Lamberts Vitamin C comes from Ascorbic Acid, a white powder that dissolves quickly and has a fresh, tangy taste. It is an affordable way to add vitamin C to your diet. You can easily mix this fast-dissolving powder into fruit juices and squashes for extra convenience.

Lamberts Vitamin C as Ascorbic Acid Powder Dosage:
Adults: Take 1-2 grams daily. 1/4 teaspoon = 1 gram.
Children aged 10 years and over: Take 1/8 teaspoon = 500mg
Caution: Over 1000mg of Vitamin C may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.

Ingredients per 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram): Vitamin C 1000mg.
