Viscotears Liquid Gel 10g contains carbomer, a synthetic polymer that forms a viscous eye gel to create a transparent, lubricating and moistening film on the surface of the eye.

Viscotears can be used as a substitute for natural tears to help people who suffer from dry eyes because they do not produce enough of their own tears or because their natural tear film is unstable and causes soreness.

Carbomers cling to the surface of the eye and are not washed out of the eye as quickly as other lubricating eye drops.

• Sterile eye drops for dry eyes
• Contains: Carbomer 2 mg/g, cetrimide 0.1mg/g, sorbitol, sodium hydroxide and water
• Dosage: Adults, 1 drop 3 to 4 times daily or as directed by physician. Children: Under medical supervision only
• Do not store above 25°C
