An important message from Express Chemist

In these unprecedented times due to COVID-19 we are listening to the latest advice from the government and their health specialists. We are continuing to work in these challenging times so that we can serve the needs of our customers.

Please note that we are receiving a particularly high volume of orders, enquiries, telephone calls and emails. We are working exceptionally hard to process orders and respond to customer enquiries as quickly as possible. Unfortunately it is currently taking a little longer to process and dispatch orders than usual, so please allow 2-3 working days for shipment.

Please also note that postal services and couriers are experiencing similar challenges so please allow longer delivery times than usual. We would be grateful if you can be patient and not contact us regarding your order before these times are up so we can reduce the pressure on our customer service team.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If you have symptoms of coronavirus stay at home and self-isolate for 10 days.

Scopoderm 1.5mg Travel Sickness Patch 2

Product code: 3884624
  • Pharmacy Only Medicine
£17.95
(incl VAT)
Scopoderm Patches contain the active substance hyoscine which belongs to the group of medicines called anti-emetics or anti-sickness medicines. Scopoderm Travel Sickness patches are used to prevent the symptoms of motion sickness such as nausea (feeling sick), vomiting (being sick) and vertigo (loss of balance), which can occur when travelling by boat, train or car. Travel sickness occurs when your body's internal balancing system becomes confused by receiving different messages - your eyes say one thing about the position of your body, but your balance mechanisms tell you differently. Anyone can suffer from travel sickness: children are more prone but often grow out of it as they get older.
  • Travel sickness patches.
  • Adults and children over 10.
  • Contains 2 patches.
Read the information leaflet carefully before use.

Directions for Use:
Apply one patch 5 to 6 hours before starting the journey.
Alternatively, you could put one patch on the evening before.
Peel off the clear, hexagonal plastic backing, holding the patch by its edge so as not to touch the sticky side.
Press the silver coloured sticky side of the patch firmly onto clean, dry, hairless area of skin behind the ear.
Avoid areas that are cut or are irritated in any way.

Note:
Wash hands thoroughly after placing the patch.
Do not touch the patch once it is in place as you may get hyoscine on your fingers.
When the journey is over remove the patch and dispose of it carefully.
Each patch will last up to 3 days.
If you are travelling for more than 3 days, take the patch off after 3 days and apply a new one.
