Anti Nausea Wrist Bands and Safety Advice:
  • For maximum effect, always wear one band on each wrist.
  • Position carefully with button facing inwards; check for a close, comfortable fit without restricting blood flow.
  • To find the P6 or Nei-Kuan acupressure point on your wrist, use the diagram on the packaging. Place the button between the two central tendons on your wrist. When you put your first three fingers on your wrist just above your hand, the correct point should be located under your index finger. It is important to position it correctly over the acupressure point.
  • Thoroughly check the wrist bands before using for the first time and before each further use. Discard at the first sign of damage.
  • Hand wash only in warm soapy water and allow to dry naturally.
  • Store bands in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and direct heat sources.
  • Keep bands away from young children at all times; small parts may present a choking hazard.
