Directions of use:
To make a pleasant orange high-fibre drink, as a food supplement, Mix one sachet in about 150ml of cold water, stir briskly and drink immediately. Follow with an additional glass of liquid. Preferably after a meal.
Adults and Children over 12 years: Take as directed above; one to three times a day. Please ensure a minimum of 6-8 glasses of water are consumed daily when increasing dietary fibre.

Warnings:
This product should be taken at least 30 minutes before or after taking other medicines. Do not take Ispaghula Husk without water. Do not take immediately before going to sleep.
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 30°C.
