Lamberts Biome Balance Youth is a probiotic food supplement specifically designed for adolescents aged 12 years and older. Each capsule contains 4 billion live bacteria in a balanced blend formulated to support gut microbiome health, digestive balance, and overall gut resilience.

Dosage:
1-2 capsules daily. Take with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning. Do not take within 30 minutes of consuming hot food or drinks.

Disintegration Time:
Special Delayed Release (DR) capsules - 105 minutes.
