Directions for use:
  1. Heat MeiboPatch in the microwave (40 seconds, 800 Watt).
  2. Shake MeiboPatch gently and test its temperature using the tester below and on your wrist.
  3. Place MeiboPatch on the tester shown for 30 seconds.
  4. Please check the colour of the tester.
