Instructions:
Cold - Place gel eye mask in the fridge for 1 hour or in the freezer for 20 minutes. Do not allow this product to freeze. This product can be stored in the fridge for convenience use.
Warm - Immerse the gel mask in hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes.
