Lamberts Biome Balance Sensitive (Previously Biome Balance 25) are delayed-release capsules that contain 25 billion live bacteria per capsule, comprised of four different strains of well-researched live bacteria:

• Lactobacillus rhamnosus.
• Lactobacillus acidophilus.
• Lactobacillus plantarum.
• Bifidobacterium.

Lamberts was one of the first companies in the UK to produce live bacteria capsules (over 30 years ago), and they have developed an expertise in this area.
To ensure proven targeted release for acid-sensitive ingredients such as live bacteria, they have:

• Used delayed-release capsules.
• Temperature controlled storage conditions until despatch, recommended storage below 20°C.

Typically per capsule: Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum & Bifidobacterium bifidum 25x10⁹ (25 billion) live bacteria.

Directions of use:
Take one capsule daily or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
Take it with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning when the pH of the stomach is at its highest.
Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drink; heat kills bacteria.
Stay within the recommended daily dose.
