Cosmopor Steril Dressing (20 × 10 cm) is a sterile adhesive island dressing for protecting wounds and absorbing fluid. Suitable for post-operative care and minor injuries, it features a soft non-woven backing and absorbent pad for comfortable protection.

Its non-adherent microgrid contact layer (16 × 5.5 cm) helps prevent sticking and supports gentle removal with minimal disruption to healing. Hypoallergenic polyacrylate adhesive secures the dressing gently, while its cushioned, contour-fitting design helps shield wounds from contaminants and absorb normal exudate.

Clean the wound according to appropriate wound care guidance and gently dry the surrounding skin. Open the sterile packaging, remove the protective liners and position the absorbent pad over the wound. Smooth the adhesive edges onto the surrounding skin without stretching the dressing. Change the dressing as directed by a healthcare professional or when it becomes wet, dirty or saturated.
