Directions for Use:
Take one vial daily in the morning with breakfast.
Dilute in a glass of water or fruit juice (200ml).
Shake vial well before opening. There may be a small amount of sediment due to the nature of this product. This will not affect the quality.
Tap each end of the vial to weaken it. Using a paper towel break off the first end away from the glass. Turn the vial over the glass and break off the remaining end, allowing the liquid to flow out. Add the water or fruit juice last.
