Viscotears Gel Eye Drops contains carbomer, a synthetic polymer that forms a viscous eye gel to create a transparent, lubricating and moistening film on the surface of the eye.

Viscotears can be used as a substitute for natural tears to help people who suffer from dry eyes because they do not produce enough of their own tears or because their natural tear film is unstable and causes soreness.

Carbomers cling to the surface of the eye and are not washed out of the eye as quickly as other lubricating eye drops.

• Preservative free sterile eye drops.
• 30 single dose units
• Artificial tears.
• Long-lasting lubrication for dry eyes.

Directions for Use:
Please carefully read enclosed leaflet before use.
Use as recommended on the information leaflet unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

Dose:
Adults: One drop in each affected eye, 3-4 times a day.
Children & Adolescents aged 18 and under: Use under medical supervision only.

Wash hands before every use. Remove contact lenses & do not replace for 15 minutes after drops are administer.
Remove one dose vial and shake before twisting off the cap. Pull down your lower eyelid, look upwards and squeeze a drop into your affected eye. Blink a few time to spread the gel evenly over the eye.
Wipe away excess and repeat with another dose vial for the other eye if required.
Each dose vail is single use only. Dispose of any unused liquid gel remaining.
If you are using any other eye drops/ointments wait at least 5 minutes between applications. This product should be
administered least.

Cautions:

• Do not use if you are allergic to carbomer or any of the listed ingredients.
• Consult your doctor before using for children and adolescents aged 18 and under.
• Only suitable for use in eyes.
• If you have any eye conditions other than sore, dry eyes consult a medical professional before using this product.
• If condition worsens or persists discontinue use and consult your doctor.
• Consult a medical professional before use if you are taking any other medications.
• Consult your doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding
• Do not store above 25°C.
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.
