Directions of use:
Use Sensodyne Multi Action twice daily as you would your normal toothpaste.

Consult your dentist before use by children under 12 years.

Children under 6 years or younger:
Use a pea-sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing.
In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a doctor.

Sensitive teeth may indicate am underlying problem which needs prompt care by a dentist.
