Directions for use:
Spray onto your hands and apply evenly approximately 30-40ml for an adult.
Leave for 15 minutes before sun exposure.
Do not spray directly onto the face.
Cautions:
Do not apply to sunburnt, broken, or compromised skin.
Avoid contact with eyes and other mucous membranes.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children and babies.
Keep out of direct sunlight.

- Stay in the shade from 11 am to 3 pm: Avoid direct sunlight when it's strongest. Be aware that sand, water, and snow can reflect UV rays.
- Wear protection: Use light clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses.
- Use enough sunscreen: Apply about 30-40 ml for adults and 20 ml for children. Using less reduces protection.
- Protect young children: Keep babies and young kids out of direct sunlight and use high SPF sunscreen, light clothing, and hats.
- Limit sun exposure: Know your skin type and don't stay in the sun too long.
- Avoid the sun if burnt: Stay out of the sun and don't apply sunscreen to burnt skin.
