Directions for Use:
The best way to enjoy Complan Shake:
Complan shake is best made up with 200ml of whole milk in order to achieve a higher nutritional profile. However, you can also mix it with water or use it in cooking.

1. Pour 50ml whole milk or water into a large glass or mug and add one sachet (57g).
2. Mix into a smooth cream with the whisk or fork
3. Top up with the remaining 150ml of water or whole milk, stirring continuously
4. Prepare drink per serving and use with 2 hours.
