Empty the contents of the sachet into a glass, measure out 200ml of milk, add a little milk to the powder then mix with a fork until smooth. Add the remaining milk and stir until smooth.

Add contents of sachet into a glass, measure out 100ml of whole milk, add a little milk to the powder and stir until smooth. Add the rest of the milk and continue to stir until smooth.
