Directions for use:
Wash tongue cleaner before use.
Extend the tongue and place curved upper section tot he back of the tongue.
Using gentle and steady force against the tongue, scrape with a forward stroke.
Rinse debris from the cleaner in warm water and repeat.
For maximum effectiveness it is recommended that the tongue cleaner is replaced every 6 months.
Use daily as part of your oral hygiene routine.
