Cuticell Contact is a soft silicone wound contact layer designed for atraumatic removal and gentle protection. Ideal for minor burns, skin loss wounds, and post-surgical care, it helps protect healing tissue while minimising pain and skin damage.
- Single 10cm x 10cm dressing.
- For minor burns and scalds.
- Open weave paraffin coated dressing.
- Easy removal with minimal pain.
Direction of use:
- Remove Cutimed Cuticell Classic from the peel pack and cut it to the size of the wound if necessary.
- To absorb wound exudate, a sterile absorbent pad can be placed over Cuticell Classic.
- For fixation, bandages or adhesive material can be used.
How to remove:
Carefully remove the secondary dressing, then gently remove the Cuticell Classic dressing from the wound and discard it.
Warnings and precautions:
Cutimed Cuticell Classic is for single use only. Reuse may lead to increased
risk of infection or cross-contamination. Do not re-sterilise.
Please don't use it if the pouch is already open or damaged, as the sterility of the
dressing is guaranteed only when the pouch is unopened and undamaged before use. Discard any opened or unused material.
Using Cutimed Cuticell Classic in multiple layers or on heavily exuding
wounds may cause occlusion. Impregnated gauze dressings may stick to areas
of the wound bed on dry wounds.

Cutimed Cuticell Classic should be stored in dry conditions below 50°C.
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Disposal should be made in accordance with local regulations.
