365 Silicone Foam Bordered Dressings 7.5cm x 7.5cm (Pack of 10) are sterile, absorbent wound dressings designed to manage moderate exudate. Featuring a gentle silicone adhesive border for secure fixation and atraumatic removal, ideal for post-operative wounds, ulcers, and general wound care.
  • Highly absorbent foam bordered dressings.
  • 10 x 7.5cm x7.5cm dressings.
  • Silicone adhesive easy removal.
  • Ideal for post-op wounds, minor burns, cuts and abrasions.
Directions of use:
  1. Peel the two white paper linings from the dressing to expose the the foam pad and silicone border.
  2. Position the dressing pad centrally over the wound.
  3. Gently press down the adhesive border onto the skin.
  4. As indicated by the blue arrows, remove the transparent release film on the back of the dressing from the centre outwards.
  5. Dressing removal:
To remove the dressing from the wound, gently peel a corner of the dressing from the skin.
Support the skin whilst peeling the dressing off by stretching the film horizontally (not vertically) in the direction of hair growth.

    Dressing change:
The frequency of the dressing change will depend on the clinical circumstances. The dressing may be left in place for up to 7 days. If clinical infection is observed, the dressing should be removed.

    Precautions:
Do not use the dressing on arterial wounds or wounds that are bleeding heavily. Avoid overlapping dressings and stretching the skin or the dressing while applying it. Don’t use it in cavities where it could swell. Also, do not use the dressing if the patient is allergic to silicone or if the pouch is damaged.
