For adults aged 18 and over.
Step 1 (weeks 1-6): take 1 lozenge every 1-2 hours, at least 9 lozenges per day.
Step 2 (weeks 7-9): Take 1 lozenge every 2-4 hours.
Step 3 (weeks 10-12): Take 1 lozenge every 4-8 hours.
Allow the lozenges to dissolve in your mouth, this normally take 30 minutes. Do not chew or swallow whole.
