Weleda Arnica Bumps & Bruises Spray (20ml) is a traditional herbal medicinal remedy for relieving bruises and minor sports injuries, sprains, muscular pain and stiffness. The handy, pocket-sized spray is a perfect addition to first-aid kits and sports bags.

Directions for use:
For application to the skin. Wash hands before and after use.
Adults, the elderly and children: Spray one or two metered doses on the affected area, up to four times a day and allow to dry. You may also spray it onto a damp cloth and apply it as a compress. Traditionally applied immediately after injury to prevent swelling or bruising.
For external use only.

Cautions:
Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
Read the enclosed leaflet before use.
Do not use if:

• You are allergic to any of the ingredients or other plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family.
• You are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If symptoms worsen or persist after 2 weeks, consult a doctor.

Active ingredients: 1g of spray contains 0.1g of tincture from Arnica (equivalent to 0.05g Arnica montana L. fresh whole plant).
Extraction solvent: Ethanol 61% v/v.
Also contains: Ethanol and Water.

Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.
Do not use after the expiry date stated on the carton and label. Discard 6 months after first opening. Store in the original container.
