Tisserand Frankincense Pure Essential Oil is distilled from the resin of the Frankincense (Boswellia sacra) tree and helps to soothe your mind and body during meditation and deep breathing to encourage stillness and will also help nourish your skin.

Suggestions for use:
For massage use: 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil.
For use in a bath: 4-6 drops per 20ml of blending oil.
For use in a diffuser: add 6-8 drops.
