Safe + Sound Hydrogel Burn Dressing 10x10cm has been specially designed for 1st & 2nd degree burn to quickly cool and relief pain while protecting against airborne contaminants. Soaked in hydrogel that acts like water as it draws heat out and helps prevent further tissue damage.

Directions for Use:
Remove the dressing from the packaging and immediately apply to the burnt area. If required lightly secure with a bandage to hold in place. Leave in place for 30-60 minutes.
Seek immediate medical attention if the burn is severe or covers a large area.

• Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Do not use on 3rd degree burns.
• This product is not designed for use over a long period. If symptoms persist seek medical attention.
