Dosage:
Adults, elderly and children over 12 years:
Two 5ml spoonfuls four times a day.

Children under 12 years of age or pregnant women:
Not recommended please do not use.

Take special care if you are asthmatic which can produce a lot of phlegm, or if you have or ever had liver and kidney problems.
