Panacombo Dual Action Pain Relief Tablets combine 200mg ibuprofen and 500mg paracetamol to provide temporary relief from mild to moderate pain, including migraines, toothache and muscular aches, when either ingredient alone has not been effective.

Directions for use:
For oral use in adults 18 years and over. Take 1 tablet (or 2 if required) up to three times daily with food.
Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours, and leave 6 hours between doses.
Do not give to children under 19 years.
You should not take the product for longer than 3 days.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to. If you do not get better, talk to your doctor.
Warnings:
For short-term use only. For use only after trying ibuprofen or paracetamol first.

Do not take if you:
- Have ever had a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding.
- Are allergic to ibuprofen (or anything else in this medicine), aspirin or other related painkillers.
- Are taking other NSAID painkillers, or aspirin with a daily dose above 75mg.
- Are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
Talk to a pharmacist or your doctor before taking if you:
- Have asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, had a stroke, liver, heart, kidney or bowel problems.
- Are a smoker.
- Are pregnant.
If symptoms do not get better or get worse, or if you get new symptoms, talk to your doctor.
Ingredients:
The active substances are Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. Each film-coated tablet contains Ibuprofen 200mg and Paracetamol 500mg.
The other ingredients are Croscarmellose Sodium, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silica, Colloidal Anhydrous, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.
Film-coating: Polyvinyl Alcohol, Calcium Carbonate (E170), Carmellose Sodium, Mucrocrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid.
