Directions of use:
Apply generously before sun exposure and reapply frequently, especially after swimming, perspiring or towelling, to maintain the original protection. Reducing the quantity will significantly minimise protection. Avoid staying in the sun for too long, even with sunscreen.

Wear protective clothing (Slide on some
sunglasses, cap, t-shirt, shorts) and apply sufficient sunscreen on sun-exposed areas (face, arms, and legs).
