Mepore Ultra 11 x 15cm - Single Dressing

Mepore Ultra is a sterile, absorbent dressing. Formed by a non-adherent contact layer to absorb exudate, surrounded by a water based adhesive border, and covered by a showerproof, breathable outer film that protects the wound.

• Single sterile dressing, Ref: 681025.
• Also available in a 36 Box.
• For low to moderately exuding wounds such as surgical wounds, cuts, & abrasions.
• 11 x 15 cm (6 x 10 cm non-adherent absorbent pad).
• Shower-proof.
• Water based adhesive.

Directions for Use:
For use under supervision of a healthcare professional.
Cleanse the wound and dry the surrounding skin.
Remove the release liners and apply the adhesive side to the skin without stretching the dressing. Ensure the wound is covered by the absorbent pad.
Gently press the adhesive border to ensure it is securely in place.
Change the dressing before it becomes fully saturated, at signs of leakage, or as indicated by the supervising healthcare professional.
For removal grasp the edge and slowly peel away from the skin in the direction of hair growth.

• Do not use is hypersensitive to any of the listed components.
• Do not use on fragile skin.
• Do not stretch while applying.
