Mepore is a self-adhesive absorbent dressing suitable for treating low to moderately exuding wounds, cuts, and abrasions.

Directions of use:

1. Remove Mepore dressing from packaging.
2. Grip both overlapping release films, exposing adhesive surface allowing initial fixation of the dressing. Position the dressing on the skin without stretching, and gently remove the remaining release films.
3. Firmly smooth adhesive border to the skin.
4. Do not stretch dressing when applying.
5. The frequency of dressing changes will be governed by the condition of the underlying wound.
6. Upon removal, grasp the edge and slowly peel the dressing from the skin in the direction of hair growth.

Warnings and precautions:
Care should be taken to ensure that the Mepore dressing is not applied under tension, as this can cause damage to the skin. This is particularly important when using the dressing over joints.
Mepore dressing should not be applied if you are sensitive to acrylic adhesives or have fragile or easily damaged skin.
The Mepore wound pad is made of a viscose non-woven coated with a polymer layer.
