If you find your calf size is above average, always wear a larger size to fit it correctly.

Putting on your flight socks:
Fold socks inside out down to toe. Gently ease over the toes, then slowly pull to heel.
Smooth over the back heel and roll up over the calf. Adjust back down and repeat if twisted (do not stretch).
