Lamberts Phosphatidyl Serine is made from soya-derived phosphatidyl serine, essential for normal neurotransmission in the brain and nerve cell membranes. Lamberts have added zinc to thier Phosphatidyl Serine formula and has been shown to contribute to normal cognitive brain function.

Directions for use:
Take 3 tablets daily for the first 4 weeks, thereafter take 1 tablet daily for maintenance purposes or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist. Lamberts Phosphatidyl Serine tablets are best taken with a meal.

Precautions:
Do not take Lamberts Phosphatidyl Serine if pregnant or breastfeeding.
