Imodium comes in three forms; The original Imodium Capsules are still the most widely used, and is just as effective as it always was. More recently, Imodium Instant Melts have been produced, which melt on the tongue and do not need to be taken with water. They have exactly the same active ingredient as the original capsules. Imodium Capsules

Imodium Instants

Imodium Instant Melts contain the same active ingredient as Original Imodium, but are designed to be taken without water. Ideal for use on the move, or where you do not have access to clean water. They melt on the tongue and have a minty taste! As with Original Imodium, take 2 initially, followed by 1 after each loose bowel movement.
