Evening Primrose 1000mg capsules are used as a food supplement to give your body the essential acids such as omega-6, which it needs to maintain healthy skin, flexible joints and all metabolic functions.

Directions:
Adults and children over 6 years old - one capsule daily.
Adults can increase up to four capsules daily if required.
