DermaSilk Knee Length Undersocks are medical grade silk socks with polyamide/elastomer cuff and a reinforced toe with microbe shield which manage eczema. It can be utilised in aiding the treatment of various forms of dermatitis, eczema and allergic skin conditions.

Wearing Instructions:
To prevent snagging, remove jewellery and ensure nails are short.
Ensure therapeutic creams are completely absorbed before putting on the DermaSilk clothing.

Washing Instructions:
Careful washing will mean your DermaSilk garment will retain its usefulness over a long period of time.
Always wash by hand with non-biological (enzyme-free) detergent suitable for sensitive skin.
Rinse thoroughly.

Removing stains:
Soak in a solution of 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda per litre of water overnight, then follow washing instructions above.

Care Instructions:
Do not bleach as it will damage the silk.
Do not use fabric softener.
Never iron.
Dry horizontally on a soft towel.
