Contrelle Activgard size 1 is used to manage women's urinary incontinence. It offers a discreet and non-surgical option for those experiencing stress urinary incontinence, letting you laugh, sneeze, cough or exercise without worrying about minor leaks.

Size 1 is the smallest of three sizes. If you are unsure of what size you need, you can try the Contrelle sizing kit to ensure you choose the correct size.

Directions of use:
Please read the Contrelle Activgard full instruction leaflet
Hold the applicator between finger and thumb on the placement grooves and place Contrelle® Activgard at the opening of the vagina with the wings front to back, not side to side towards your thighs.
Once inserted, you should feel comfortable.
When you are active or cough, you should experience little or no urine leakage, and the device should not move.
Contrelle Activgard should always be easy to insert. A small amount of water-based lubricant should provide added comfort.
