Directions for use:
Always follow the manufacturer's heating instructions carefully by reading the enclosed leaflet. Do not exceed the recommended heating time or temperature. Let the product cool to a safe temperature before use, and check for signs of overheating or damage. Adult supervision is recommended when young children use the product.

Remove the heat pack from its cover and place it on a microwave turntable (max 1000 Watts) for no more than 45 seconds. Adjust heating times based on your microwave's power. Once heated, remove from the microwave and put it into its cover. Do not put the warmer under bed covers, as it will continue to heat above the recommended heating temperature.
When first heated, there may be a little moisture; this is normal and will stop after a few uses.
Make sure your microwave is clean and free of debris.
If you are warming this heat pack for use by children, the elderly, or the infirm, you must first check how warm it is by testing it on yourself to ensure it will be comfortable for them.
Monitor and supervise their use constantly, and remove the heat pack if they experience discomfort.
Do not use this as a hot water bottle or place it in heated areas, under bed covers, or wrap it in material, as this can cause it to overheat.
When you are not using the heat pack, let it cool down on a non-combustible surface.
Once it is cold, store it in a clean, dry place.
Do not wash or dry clean the heat pack. Instead, wipe its surface with a damp sponge and let it dry completely before using it again.
Check the heat pack regularly. If you see any charring, damage, or signs of wear and tear, throw it away with your regular household waste.

Caution:
Do not place the heat pack on or near sensitive skin, open wounds, or abrasions.
Do not reheat the pack within two hours of the last use. Always let it cool down completely before heating it again.
If you have diabetes or circulatory problems, ask a medical professional if this product is safe for you to use.
Never put the heat pack on or near direct heat sources or flames, like an open fire.
Be careful when handling the heat pack while it is warm.
