Mixing instructions:
When using a Shaker:
Caution - Do not use hot liquids
Romove shaker lid.
Pour 100ml of whole milk into the shaker.
Add one 57g sachet of Aymes ActaSolve Protein Compact.
Fasten the lid well.
Shake vigorously.
Decant into a glass or mug to drink immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
When using a whisk or fork
Works for hot & cold liquids
Pour 100ml of whole milk into a glass or mug.
Add one 57g sachet of Aymes ActaSolve Protein Compact.
Mix thoroughly with a whisk or fork.
Drink immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
