To prepare, reconstitute
Aymes ActaSolve High Energy with 240ml of whole milk. It is best served cold but can be enjoyed hot if preferred.
**Mixing with a shaker:**
Do not shake hot liquids.- Pour 240ml of whole milk into the shaker, then add one sachet (85g) of ActaSolve High Energy.
- Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a glass or mug to drink or refrigerate in the shaker or another container for up to 24 hours.
**Mixing with a whisk or fork:**
Suitable for hot and cold liquids.- Pour 240ml of whole milk into a glass or mug, then add one sachet (85g) of ActaSolve High Energy.
- Mix thoroughly with a whisk or fork.
- Drink immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Suggested intake: 1-2 servings daily, or as advised by a clinician or dietitian.
