The recipe for Bambu has stayed the same since is was created by Alfred Vogel, the renowned Swiss Naturopath, almost 50 years ago. It contains organically grown Chicory, Figs, Cereals and Acorns and is completely caffeine free.

Directions for Use:
Use one teaspoon (1.5g) per cup, pour on hot water milk or milk substitute and stir well. Store in a cool dry place.
