Directions for Use:

Heat therapy: Place wrap in a clean microwave, spreading filling as evenly as possible, along with a half filled cup of water.
Heat up to a maximum of 2 minutes for 500-750 watt microwaves and a maximum of 1 minute 30 seconds for 800-1000-watt microwaves. Overheating can damage this product. Do not use if damaged.
Allow to stand for 30 seconds before use.

Cold compress: Remove from packaging and place the wrap in a plastic bag. Freeze for at least 3 hours.
