Alvita Nasal Strips are a drug-free way to help you breathe better. They have flexible bands that relieve nasal congestion from colds, allergies, and hay fever, and may also reduce snoring at night. These strips are comfortable and easy to use, making them suitable for both day and night. Each pack contains 30 single-use strips.

Directions of use:
Wash and dry your nose to help the strip stick. Remove the wrapper. Peel away the first silicone flap and stick it to the side of the nose, then repeat with the second silicone flap, ensuring the plaster is firmly secured to the nose by hand.

Warnings and precautions:

• for external and single use only.
• Do not use on sore, irritated or sunburnt skin.
• Do not use for more than 12 hours a day.
• Not indicated for children under 5 years.
• Do not use to treat sleep apnoea.
• Do not use if there are known allergies to the dressing or any of its components. If a rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use. Strips packaging contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
