How to use Westlab Himalayan Bath Salts:
Bathing instructions for adults:
Dissolve salts in a warm bath of approximately 37-39°c.
For general skin health and wellbeing, add 1/2- 1 cup of salt to your bath.
To help soften and soothe dry, itchy skin, use 2-4 cups.

Foot bath instructions:
Dissolve 1/2 - 2 cups of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approximately 37°c.
