Perrigo Heartburn & Acid Reflux Control Gastro-Resistant 7 Capsules 20mg The active ingredient Esomeprazole is used to treat GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease) providing control and relief from heartburn. This prevents the contents of the stomach being regurgitated and leaving a bitter and nasty sensation and taste in the throat and mouth. Esomeprazole has a greater propensity than Omeprazole in having the same degree of acid suppression with lower doses & being more effective in treating the symptoms of esophagitis (inflammation of the esophagus).

Heartburn and indigestion symptoms creates a burning sensation in the lower chest and may last repeatedly.

Dosage: The Capsules should be swallowed whole (Do not crush or chew ).
