2San H. Pylori Stomach Ulcer Home Test is a simple stool antigen test which detects the bacteria Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) which is a leading cause of stomach ulcers (peptic ulcers).

Stomach ulcers are open sores on the stomach or intestine lining, which in up to 90% of cases, are due to infection caused by H. pylori.
Some common symptoms of stomach ulcers are; burning/gnawing pain in the abdomen, and/or indigestion, heartburn and acid reflux and feeling sick.

Directions for Use:
Please carefully read enclosed instruction leaflet before use.
Collect a stool specimen using the collection paper provided. Unscrew the specimen collection tube cap and stab the applicator into the stool specimen at least 3 times in different areas.
Screw & tighten the tube cap back on and shake vigorously. Open the cap and brack the tip. Invert the tube and transfer 2 full drops of the extracted specimen into the 'S' (sample) well.
Wait 10 minutes and read results.
Positive result shown with two distinct colours lines at 'C' (control) & 'T' (test). Intensity of the 'T' line colour will vary depending on the concentration of H. pylori antigen present.

Cautions: Not suitable for use if taking proton-pump inhibitors (e.g. omeprazole, lansoprazole) or antibiotics.
