Directions of use:
For adults and children over the age of 12:
One tablet to be taken daily by dissolving in a glass of water (200ml).
Do not chew or swallow these tablets whole.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store in a cool dark place below 25º.

Valupak energy release tablets contain Aspartame, a source of phenylalanine and should not be consumed by those who have phenylketonuria.
