Teva Clotrimazole 1% w/w Cream For the treatment of fungal infections.
Clotrimazole is used for the treatment of fungal skin infections due to dermatophytes (e.g. trycophyton species), yeasts (e.g. candida species), moulds, ringworm (tinea), paronychia, pityriasis versicolor, erythrasma and intertrigo, as well as fungal nappy rash, candidal vulvitis and candidal balanitis.

• 50g tube.
• Treats skin infections.
• Clotrimazole 1% w/w.

Other Generic Brands May Be Supplied.

Directions for Use:
Suitable for adult, children and elderly. Apply to the affected area two or three times a day.
Dermatophyte infections: treat for at least one month.
Candida infections: treat for at least two weeks.
A physician should be consulted if symptoms do not improve within 7 days.

Cautions:

• The cream contains cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol, which may cause local skin reaction.
• For external use only.
• Keep out of sight and reach of children.
• Clotrimazole Cream may cause damage to latex contraceptives. Alternative precautions should be used for at least five days after using this product.
• Clotrimazole can be used during pregnancy, but only under the supervision of a physician or midwife.
• Return any unused cream to your pharmacist for disposal.
