Directions for Use:
Clean the skin thoroughly.
Allow skin to dry before applying the electrodes.

Remove electrodes from liner and place them on the skin.
Ensure that the entire surface adheres to the skin.

After use, place the electrodes on the liner and store them in the pouch.
Use the zip-lock for optimum storage of the electrodes.

Increase the adhesiveness, if needed, by adding a few drops of water onto the adhesive area and gently rub the surface.

Important:
Single patient use only.
Change electrode sites at least every 12 hours.
May only be used on unbroken skin.
If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
