Seven Seas Max Strength Cod Liver Oil plus Omega-3 Fish Oil with Vitamin D is a concentrated formulation of high quality ingredients which help to support your body's daily functions.

Direction for Use:
Adults over 15 years: Two 5ml teaspoons daily.
Children over 11 years: One 5ml teaspoon daily.
