To fit shoe sizes:

Directions for Use:
Clean the inside of your shoes before starting.
Remove the plastic cover and identify the L (left) and R (right) insoles.
Place the insole inside, sticky side down. Replace insole every 6 months or when the insole starts to show wear.
To remove insole by generally and slowly pealing it off.

Discontinue use if you experience adverse reaction.
