Directions:
As a food supplement, use the scoop provided and two level scoops per day to express breast milk, then shake well. Do not add to hot milk
Or apply the powder directly into the baby's mouth by applying it to a clean finger and letting the baby suck.
Continue until two level scoopfuls have been consumed.
